Overview
The Associate will support high-stakes strategic engagements, conduct in-depth analysis, and assist in delivering tailored solutions that empower young founders and SME CEOs to scale sustainably and build businesses that endure.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research, market analysis, and data modeling to support strategic recommendations across core capabilities, including Startup Business Building, Venture Capital, Operations, and Geopolitics.
Assist in preparing client-facing deliverables such as pitch decks, valuation models, due diligence reports, and strategic roadmaps that empower young founders and SME CEOs to make high-stakes decisions.
Collaborate with senior team members on client engagements by participating in discovery sessions, synthesizing insights, and contributing to the execution of tailored solutions that drive sustainable growth and long-term business value.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance or Economics, or a related field
Min. 1 year of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, market research, or high-growth startups
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data interpretation (financial modeling a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication — ability to synthesize complex information into clear, client-ready deliverables
High intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with young founders and SMEs
English mandatory.
